Short description
Emu - Empathy Me and U - is an initiative to help people to understand what is going on in their connected’ness with others - in their feelings, sensuality, in their relationship and to support them in their growth.
The concept
Living more in a state of r2 changes our needs: Our values, how we perceive our relationships and how we understand the world changes. We need to reevaluate topics such as the type of relationships we want, values, mindsets, sexuality, the terms we use, our sensual and sexual needs, the inclusion of the Conscious Universe. Emu is a loose framework to develop such topics: A collection of information materials, tools, methods, for different age groups - from young to old.
Background
The Egi controls our world - our norms, our cultures, how we consume, how we think. The Egi’s world is control, exclusion, being possessive, attack. It is the state of r1 - of angst. How we perceive and evaluate our relationships - the ValuStack - is being defined by the Egi for the r1 state. For an r2 world - a Conscious World - we need a new ValuStack - with a new Speak (i.e. definitions, concepts). Emu offers a platform to help develop this new ValuStack, the new Speak.
Rituals
Emu also consists of rituals, for a journey, a space, where partners, who feel a bond to each other can experience and share the magic that can unfold between them when in an r2 state.
A ritual example
An example of such a ritual is Emu°Womanhood- It is for a couples who want to enjoy sensuality differently without Egi stress. The Conscious Universe is invited and the focus is on the ‘Womanhood’ as consciousness.
It is about creating a safe space:
- For the man it is a vow of utter respect to Womenhood,
- For the women it is about floating in the energies flowing in her body, of being connected to the divine.
From the physical plane it is about holding, caressing, feeling, of letting energy flow, of activating the chakras. From the bodily plane it is about sensing, healing. From the mindful plane it is about letting go, of being guided. From the r4 conscious plane (divine) it is about honouring the Womanhood deity, of being integrated, of sharing love and healing in a greater context.
It is about enjoying the ‘fruits’ of our existence - the body, the senses, of letting go, of being led and being carried.
It is about celebrating the spiritual link between us, without the connotations of sex and all its ballast of today’s society.
It is a homage to our existence, to God, to one of the reasons why we are here, to the godliness in each of us, to the love that flows between us.

“Simply BEing with each other and enjoying”
Emu°Womenhood offers a safe environment for hurt or blemished individuals and can be a spiritual experience.
It is also referred to as emunitising.
From an r2 context
Emu provides an environment to shift our perception of how we live relationships and allows us to develop new value bringing ways to support the transition to r2.

As part of the atlantis° activity cluster assist, the framework should be fostered.
For humanity
Emu supports individuals in their development of awareness, their connection to the Conscious Universe, helps to build Conscious Communities and thus supports the spiritual and conscious growth of humankind.
